Honeymoon to Japan! Bram & Prista's First Journey Together.

I got married with a girl named Prista. A girl I met a decade ago in highschool. She is a fine woman. She is an amazing person to be with, to talk to and to hang out with. I wonder sometimes, I'm pretty lucky. Anyways, we went to Japan! This was our first trip together, and also serves as our honeymoon after we got married.

I realize I am but a simple man. I love to play games, and I like toys more than I care about girls. I like to modify my car like a normal guy does. I always thought since I was a boy that wine tastes like grape juice, and that beer was a much better version of ice tea. That heaven and hell exists. That people basically are good. I always have and always will.  A childish person so you might say. But I take pride in it.

Then I met this girl, turn my world upside down, inside out. I think she hates the fact that I like to play video games, or collect toys. She hates the way I drive my car, despise every business ideas that i could think of. She hates it when I shake my leg or when I do nothing all day. She just hates me.

Despite all those, she loves me. She loves me when I am poor and don't love me any better when I'm rich, she might not realized it yet. She waits for me when my college life took 6 years to finish. She loves me the same when she makes more than me as of today. She even paid a sum of money for my startup company because I am broke. She loves me, she kisses me when I sleep, takes care of me when I am sick, she doesn't cheat or ever caught liking another man behind my back. Well, she always told me upfront about it. I'm not jealous. I already won.

She's also weird. She loves her phone, she can't get off of it. She has to be in a close proximity of minimum 0 cm with her phone. She's all about social media like Instagram and Path. Well, nothing's wrong with them until she ignores me when I talk to her. Instagram and Path, hence, every time we travel she's all about amazing pictures. Oddly enough, she always picks bad ones when she's about to upload them.

She wants me to be mature. Yet she's far from it herself. She wants me to be more like a proper gentleman. Not that I don't want to be, I want to be. But both of us are just late bloomers I suppose. She doesn't understand. 

I think it's fair to say that she has no passion. Her only passion is bugging me, and posting photos in Instagram. Well, maybe watch celebrity gossip in TV too? Regardless, I took her as she is. I love this woman, I think she's such a fragile little kitten. She needs my protection, this protective instinct grows because of her. Oh yeah, I always thought of myself as a knight. Now I have found my princess to protect I suppose.

We went on a wonderful honeymoon in Japan. The second day, she lost our $700 train ticket for everyday use in Kyoto. I think, the fourth day she lost her phone as well in Harajuku. Both events made her tremendously sad. I was feeling angry, as she was very careless. Deep breath, held it in. She is sad already, no use of anger here my man. Hugged her, and whispered "Everything is gonna be alright, at least you won't lose me."

Anyways, I think Kyoto was shit, full of tourist and touristy temples. She loves it, make a good background for her Instagram pictures. Tokyo however was such an amazing place to live in. I shall say that Akihabara was the best place for a toy, watch, camera, and laptop freak like me. Dude the place was literally heaven on earth. As expected, she hates it. We simply don't have anything in common, except for love. For example I hate travelling, she loves it.

Yeah! I bought two toys, both of which are gigantic Marvel Select action figures. Baby Juggy and Grey Hulk, can't find them easily anywhere man. Me being childish? Think again and see this next pic.

Yeah? get the picture? Well, that's why it's called "grow old together" so just enjoy today being a child together. Time don't come back, and I understand 100% how she feels. She's happy, and to see her happy I felt happy too. Disney Sea was an amazing experience. I can't believe there's a place like this, literally it was a whole new world for me (like the Disney song yes). It was wonderful, the place was beyond words. I would definitely come again.

Another thing that made Akihabara an amazing experience was the place we live in. Rent it from a guy named Yohe that we found in Airbnb, start ups these days man really solve problems. Damn amazing simplistic place i love. Me likey, honey lovey. Would definitely rent it again someday. While the hotel in Kyoto was really practical and efficient, it was also shit.

To sum it up, I love my wife and Japan was great. Honeymoon was amazing, of course this is one of many. Next year 2017 I'm thinking of going there again, or maybe India to meet my best friend Prateek. Who knows? My feet felt broken from all these 7 days journey in Japan. I wish we went to mount Fuji, could've been amazing too! Someday we will.
